Our helpdesk team provides 1st Level and 2nd Level support coverage round-the-clock.


Your servers may be a dedicated server or a Node (configured VM’s on it) or a Shared server (installed any control panels). There is no separate cost for server administration tasks or server monitoring.

You can avail offer of 25 % discount on adding subsequent servers under this package. If you cross more than 5 server’s means, you can better opt to our dedicated/semi dedicated support.

Per Ticket Plan is the simplest plan that we offer under help desk support. The plan covers complete transparent support for your end-customer’s issues through helpdesk, email and chat. Under this plan our qualified support engineers answer support tickets on your helpdesk. Complete anonymity is maintained while handling the requests. Our helpdesk team provides 1st Level and 2nd Level support coverage round-the-clock.

Your server may be shared servers or any node configured VPS on it, there is no separate cost for server administration tasks or server monitoring.

The server counts under this plan are restricted to 4. If you have more than 4 servers and need this plan means, kindly contact us, We will send you custom quotation.
