Under this plan, Ping4support merely acts as an extension to your office where our engineers are part of your staff, but just in another place. So, it will reduce your support and infrastructure costs. Dedicated support services from Ping4support helps you save on employee and infrastructure costs – and spare you the effort on hiring, training and administering the support staff.


No restrictions on number of tickets and servers counts.

All L1-L3 issues will be addressed.
