This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the rules and responsibilities that apply when customers (“you”, “your”, or “Customer”) use the services provided by NetForChoice Solution Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “Company”). This policy forms part of and is incorporated into every service agreement, order form, or contract signed with us.

By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this AUP.

1. Purpose of This Policy

This policy exists to:

Protect our network, infrastructure, and customers
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Prevent abuse, security threats, and unlawful activity
Maintain high-quality, reliable, and secure services

Our platform is built for legitimate business, technology, hosting, cloud, and enterprise workloads — not for misuse or harmful activities.

2. Lawful Use Requirement

You may only use our services for lawful, ethical, and authorized purposes. You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including data protection, privacy, cyber-security, intellectual property, and telecommunications laws.

You are fully responsible for all content, data, applications, and activities that occur through your account, whether done by you or by anyone using your access.

3. Prohibited Content and Activities

3.1 Illegal or Infringing Material

Copyrighted content shared without permission
Stolen, pirated, or counterfeit software
Content that violates any law or regulation
Misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive material

3.2 Piracy, Hacking & Cybercrime

Cracked or pirated software, ROMs, or emulators
Password cracking, hacking tools, malware, or exploits
Phishing, identity theft, or fraud
IP spoofing, scanning, or unauthorized system access

3.3 High-Risk or Fraudulent Schemes

High Yield Investment Programs (HYIP)
Ponzi schemes
Fake financial or investment platforms

3.4 Proxies, Tunnels & Anonymization Services

Running open proxies, VPN exit nodes, traffic relays, or similar services that hide or redirect traffic in a way that enables abuse is not allowed without written approval.

3.5 IRC & Bot Networks

Operating IRC servers, botnets, or command-and-control systems is prohibited.

3.6 Peer-to-Peer & Torrent Services

Use of BitTorrent, file-sharing, or P2P technologies for distributing copyrighted or illegal data is not permitted.

3.7 Defamatory or Harmful Content

Makes false claims about people or companies
Harms reputations
Promotes hate, violence, or illegal activity

3.8 Adult & Exploitative Content

Pornographic or sexually explicit material
Any content involving minors
Any illegally obtained images or videos

4. Security & Network Protection

Bypass authentication or security controls
Access systems, data, or accounts without authorization
Probe, scan, or test networks without permission
Launch Denial-of-Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks
Overload, disrupt, or damage infrastructure

Any attempt to compromise security may result in immediate suspension and legal action.

5. Account Responsibility

Keeping login credentials secure
Preventing unauthorized access
Ensuring all users comply with this policy

6. Resource Abuse

Excessive bandwidth, CPU, memory, or storage usage
Spamming, mass emailing, or abusive traffic
Applications that threaten network stability

7. Data & Backups

You are responsible for maintaining independent backups of your data. Backup availability is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in your agreement.

8. Content Control & Removal

We do not actively monitor content but reserve the right to investigate, remove content, or suspend services when required.

9. Enforcement & Penalties

Violations may result in suspension, termination, content removal, or reporting to authorities. Serious or repeated violations may lead to termination without refund.

10. Cooperation with Authorities

NetForChoice Solution Pvt. Ltd. cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory agencies.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NetForChoice Solution Pvt. Ltd. harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or legal costs arising from your use of the services or violation of this AUP.
