Acceptable Usage Policy

1. Introduction


This acceptable usage policy in short AUP specifies acceptable practices for the use of NFC services. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you and Customers that have gained access to the Service through your account (“Customers”) are responsible for compliance with the AUP and terms of service. This AUP is an integral part of any applicable customer or service agreement. We reserve the right to update this AUP from time to time on our official website. This AUP is carefully constructed to assist in protecting the NFC Network, the Service, our Customers, and the Internet community as a whole from improper and/or illegal activity over the Internet.

2. General


The sole intention of NFC’s AUP is to give our users a clear understanding of what NFC expects of them while using our services. This AUP is applicable to the users who have access to NFC services but don’t have accounts along with those who pay a service fee to subscribe to the services. In either case, users must comply with this AUP as well as the terms of service.

3. Carefully Note


We do not actively observe subscribers' activity under normal activities. We believe in and support the uncensored information flow over the internet. Also, we do not practice editorial control over the content of any website or other material created or accessible through the services. Conversely, as per our terms of service, we reserve the right to remove any materials that, in our sole discretion, may be illegal or which may defy this AUP.
Defying this AUP may result in discontinuation or immediate termination of your NFC account without prior notice!

4. Guidelines For Establishments & Enforcement of NFC’s AUP



4.1 Assure sincere service to our clients.
4.2 Make sure security and privacy of our systems and networks and/or others.
4.3 Act on existing laws.
4.4 Keep our reputation consistent as a responsible service provider
4.5 Retain the value of internet resources as a means for free expression and exchange of information.
4.6 Stimulate the positive use of the internet and deter the activities that minimize the usability and value of internet services.
4.7 Protect the privacy & security of independent users.
4.8 NFC means providing access to everything the internet has to offer. The resources of NFC and the internet are finite, and misuse of these resources brings a negative impact on the entire community.
4.9 We don’t keep track of the activities of accounts except for preparing billing records and estimating system utilization. However, if we discover inappropriate use of our services, we’ll take the necessary steps in an appropriate way.
4.10 You are not permitted to use any virtual site to publish material that NFC decides at its sole discretion, to be illegal, indecent, or offensive. In this context, ‘material’ refers to all forms of communication i.e. narrative descriptions, graphics, executable programs, video, and audio recordings.
4.11 If we spot an NFC account is used to desecrate the Acceptable Usage Policy, we may terminate the service without any prior notice. For whatsoever reason, if we fail to impose this policy, shall not be taken as a waiver of our right to do so at any time.
4.12 You must take the internet access responsibility as a part of our network community.

5. Responsibilities of Clients


Customers are totally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account information and passwords, as well as their network security. Sharing your account information and password with others is strictly forbidden. You agree to take full responsibility for the unauthorized use of your account if you have intentionally given others to access your account. Also, attempting to access another user’s account password is prohibited, and may result in account termination.

6. Impending Security Event


All the NFC clients must not attempt to interfere with service to any user, host, or network(denial of service attacks). You are responsible for notifying NFC immediately if you become aware of an impending event that may negatively affect NFC’s network. Failing to do so may incur criminal or civil liability.

7. Violations of NFC Acceptable Usage Policy


NFC Services follows procedures and programs to periodically review systems, error logs, and user information. Also, we record disk & processor usage and inspect servers, databases, and web portals.
Below constitute NFC’s AUP violations.

7.1 Unauthorized Use: NFC services shall not be used for illegal means. NFC reserves the right to unite with legal authorities and/or injured third parties in the investigation of any suspected crime or civil offense.
7.2 Harm to Minors: Use of NFC service to hurt or attempt to harm the underaged in any way, including, but not limited to child pornography.
7.3 Harassment and Threats: Use of NFC service to transmit any material that threatens the destruction of properties or harasses another.
7.4 Breach of NFC Accounts: It’s unquestionably prohibited to host pornographic content or IRC servers on virtual server accounts. If found hosting the same will result in immediate service cancellation without refund.
7.5 Criminal Activity: Use of the NFC service to make fraudulent offers to sell or buy products, items, or services may be subject to legal proceedings.
7.6 SPAM Email: Use of the NFC service to deliver any unsolicited commercial or bulk email is strictly forbidden.
7.7 Impersonation: Adding, modifying, or removing network header information with the intention to deceive or mislead is completely prohibited. Attempting to impersonate any person by using a forged header to misuse the information will be considered a violation of AUP.
7.8 Transmitting Malicious Files: Accessing the service beyond the specified bandwidth limitation may result in terminating the customer session.
7.9 Copyright or Trademark Violation: Use of the NFC service to transmit unauthorized copying of copyrighted material and distribution of photographs from magazines, books, or other copyrighted sources will be treated as a violation of this AUP.

8. Informing Violations Of NFC’s AUP


If you may encounter directly or indirectly any NFC’s AUP violation then you are requested to inform the same to the legal team of NFC.
